April 2013. Following a stroke, the Algerian President is transported in emergency conditions to Paris for medical treatment. Djamel, a young independent film maker from Algiers, decides to make a politically inspired film on this event. He calls on his ex-wife Yasmine to use this political event in order to imagine a script, mixing fiction and reality.
