Moses, a 13 year old boy, lives in a poor neighborhood in the city of Mbalmayo. At school, his teacher often invites professionals to come talk about their work. This is how Moses meets a radio broadcaster, a health worker and a famous musician, Zanzibar, lead guitarist with the group "Les Tetes Brulees".

With them, Moses and classmates learn about living conditions beyond their neighborhood. They discover that throughout the country people struggle to find clean drinking water. In Cameroon, where water is plentiful, contaminated drinking water is nonetheless responsible for the majority of illnesses.
