Moz'Art
This is the first feature film from Chad. It is shot in a form of "documentary fiction" with a filmmaker returning to his country from Europe and finding the film industry in collapse. This is also a metaphor for the other fragile infrastructures in Chad and by extension other countries in the underdeveloped world.
