Yavelde falls desperately in love with the head of a teachers' training school where she is studying. The latter resisting her, she becomes hopeless, kills herself and to get revenge, leaves a letter accusing the professor of having poisoned her. The life of Dadou, the professor, gets shaken and he ends up in prison.
