2008, étudiant en Espagne, Belhassen Handous commence à filmer son quotidien avec un téléphone portable. Au fil des rencontres, le filmeur se prend au jeu et n'arrête pas de tourner pendant 4 années de suite : sa vie d'étudiant étranger en Europe, son retour en Tunisie, la jeunesse qui rêve d'ailleurs d'un côté et de l'autre de la Méditerranée, la révolution…
