Fish is becoming scarce. Ndope, a fisherman and young father, sells the engine of his pirogue to give his wife the money he had promised her. The living conditions of the fishermen become more and more worrying because of the presence of the big boats. One night, these fishermen, in despair, set sail for the Canary Islands.
