Moz'Art
The UFAC is a cultural association founded on April 13, 1999 at Pointe-Noire in Congo, Brazzaville's headquarters. Its purpose is to promote the artistic and literary works of women, organized meetings and exchanges, inform, fomer in the performing arts and visual. The UFAC organizes the festival of laughter tuSeo in Brazzaville.
