Terres Arc en Ciel suite has been composed by Jean-Rémy Guédon and Nicolas Genest in 2008 on their return from a series of concerts in Benin. This suite was freely inspired by all the rites and symbols connected to the supernatural practicals in order to offer a contemporary creation where music, words as well as dance could intertwine.

Each part of this suite got its own rhythm inspired by the play of drums collected in Africa and in the Caribbean Islands. The drummer, the double bass player and the percussionists play these rhythmical unisons on six wind instrumentalists, by turns soloist, paint harmonic colours. This emphasis is the scene of duets and trios whose guests'improvisation is the keystone.

This suite is organized according to the different artistic collaborations and recreated each time guests play it in France or abroad (West Africa, West Indies?). This is an infinite evolution where the former generation of guests participates to the present projects, as a musical pantheism.

Archimusic group, in each step of the creation, can call up former guests or shape a brand new declension of this creation, in partnership with the welcoming structure.

Guests : François ESSINDI ("spokesman", Cameroon), Guy NWOGANG (percussion instruments, Cameroon), Emmanuel NOUBOMO (percussion instruments, Cameroon), Philippe Gouyer Montout (Singing and percussion instruments, Martinique), Franz Féréol (singing and percussion instruments, Guadeloupe), Jean-Richard Codjia (singing and percussions instruments- Benin), Brice M'BEMBA (dancing, Congo)?
