René Bernard YONLY is a Director.

He si known for his film "Sur le chemin de la réconciliation" (1974, released in 1975 and awarded at 1976 Fespaco).

He was born in Tansarga (Burkina Faso) in 1945 where he passed away in October 2022.
One of the first filmmakers in Haute-Volta (later Burkina Faso), maybe even the first one, he was one of the organizers of the Ouagadougou Cinematographic Days, which later became the Ouagadougou Pan-African Film and Television Festival (FESPACO).
