MFW started 6 years ago, which main goal is to show to the world, the cultural strength from creative and original people. These values are explored on the music, art, gastronomy and mainly on the fashion level.

Between the 6th and the 11th of December, Maputo welcomes the 6th edition of Mozambique Fashion Week.

It will be one entire week which puts into motion the world of the African fashion, absorbing different points of view of national and international designers.

The fashion shows are structured with different designer experiences: professional, young designers, pan africans and international ones that will expose an eclectic mix between African culture and worldwide tendencies.

It becomes difficult to choose the best one, when so much talent prevails.

To complete, the modeling ramp will be transformed into the perfect stage for Professional models from Nigeria, Angola, South Africa, South Africa, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Mozambique, to parade elegancy, simplicity and originality in clothes and accessories, taking us into a trip through the continent, known as the humanity cradle.

Beside this, workshops, and exhibitions are guaranteed, in order to promote exchange experiences, ensuring the development of the Mozambican fashion trade.

And to congratulate the shows, after parties will be hold, which stylishly lock up every night.
After all, style is "the cherry on the top" when it comes to fashion.
